Faculty members from The American College spend a semester at Oberlin, engaging in lectures and studies, while Shansi Fellows from Oberlin reciprocate by spending two years in Madurai, pursuing their academic interests and fostering cultural dialogue. This enduring program not only strengthens academic ties but also nurtures a deeper understanding between diverse communities across the globe.

This initiative enables selected students to immerse themselves in rigorous academic study at Hildesheim University during the summer as part of their study abroad program.
