            To encourage and empower students from low socio-economic background to enhance their technical skills and broaden their perspective in the field of media, and to prepare them to compete in the media on a global scale.

VISION

            To develop a solid technical knowledge and aesthetic sensibility in the media technology vocational training sector, as well as to provide a variety of work prospects in Print, Electronic, Cinema, and New Media.
