DISTINCTIVENESS

DISTINCTIVENESS2020-2021

“Knowledge sharing and resourcing not to be stopped even during pandemic.”  Even though the college gates were kept closed and all laboratories defuncted, the college did not stop rendering its basic responsibility of knowledge sharing.  Instead of functioning on campus, college switched over to hybrid mode.  Our college has taken all efforts to get the students and staff engaged virtually.  During the pandemic, three hundred and forty-seven webinars were organised by all the departments on various themes.  The students were highly benefitted on attending such programmes.  Our faculty members also shared their intellectual properties not only with our colleges, but also with the other colleges too.

Many departments organise special lecture sessions to the faculty in other colleges.  Workshops, conferences and on-hand training were done online even during the evenings without affected morning online classwork. The virtual learning platform catered by the college brought the institution into a new milestone.  Right from the millennium kids to those who are about to get retired have become familiar with LMS.  The college acquired G-suite with great cloud storage for online education and evaluation.   Every student is provided with individual G-suite id to store their reading materials.
