The academic year 2024-2025 for freshers will start with Orientation Programme:Satellite Campus:

ALL SF UG & PG – Wednesday, 26 June 2024 at 10.00 a.m. in the Assembly Hall, Chatrapatti.

Main Campus:

All Aided UG & PG and SF PG – Thursday, 27 June 2024 at 10.00 am in the Edward Nolting Hall, Goripalayam.

All Art SF UG – Friday, 28 June 2024 at 10.00 am in the Edward Nolting Hall, Goripalayam.

All Science SF UG – Friday, 28 June 2024 at 10.00 am in the Edward Nolting Hall, Goripalayam.

All students are asked to report at the respective department registration counter at the Flint Square between 8.00 a.m. and 9.45 a.m. Students who have paid the Hostel Fees are asked to report to the respective Hall immediately after their registration at the department counter.

Note:

Ensure you bring the following documents with photocopy:

  1. Transfer certificate
  2. Mark statement
  3. student bank account linked with Aadhar
  4. Aadhar card
  5. community certificate

Vision:

Create, in collaboration with the LSC, a sustainable skill-based learning platform aligned to the industry needs for Maritime Logistics by developing and offering the best education standards and deliver quality training that can justify and increase the dignity of workmanship.

Mission:

• Develop an informed and skilled talent pool of graduates that can translate into the kind of work-force that the logistics industry needs under its various sub-sectors such as Maritime Logistics.

• Monitor the teaching-learning process with a view to ensure students are trained to meet the Industry requirements and continuously fine tuning to the National Occupation Standards, curriculum and content so that the Industry prefers BMS graduates.

• Benchmark the quality of training related to the increase in productivity measured by the ability of the graduates to demonstrate improved logistics efficiency.

• Bring in the best global practises of teaching-learning to our Indian logistics education/training for a sustained ability to continuously meet professional standards.
