                      Well equipped Food Science laboratory enlighten the value of cooking art based on the scientific principles to ensure the delight as well as desires for a safe and healthy food habits. Air-conditioned Food Microbiology & Food Biotechnology Laboratory was established with state-of-the-art facilities to impart practical skills in the emerging areas of genomics study. Students are exposed to practical learning through trainings, workshops and projects in the fields of Functional Foods & Nutraceuticals, Food Processing & Preservation, Food Microbiology, Clinical Nutrition & Diet Therapy, Nutritional Biochemistry, Drug-Nutrient Interactions, and Food Biotechnology.
